About
Caroline is a French Art Director based in Los Angeles, with over 10 years of experience in the design and creative industry. After graduating as Valedictorian with a Master’s Degree in Global Design from Conde Bordeaux, she began her career at Thales, a leading aerospace company. Her journey then took her to Ho Chi Minh City, where she led a team of designers at ELEK, an LED lighting company. She later joined OUTSIGN, an architecture and design agency in Paris - where she had previously interned -, and went on to become Senior Designer at 14TH Round, a company developing products and branding for emerging lifestyle markets.
Caroline is currently Art Director at Sweet Spot Media, a full-service agency specializing in advertising, marketing, film, and production. There, she brings brands to life through bold visual identities, storytelling and cohesive creative strategies across platforms - leading work for major clients like Mattel and Yokohama.

Guided by curiosity and a passion for creative problem-solving, Caroline thrives on collaborating with a diverse range of industries and brands. Her goal is always the same: to help brands stand out through intentional, innovative design that tells a story with purpose.

Outside of work, she enjoys exploring arts & crafts, yoga, hiking, traveling, and learning about new cultures.
That same spirit of exploration and adaptability fuels her creative process and inspires every project she takes on.
